  • What is MyPenKart’s replacement policy?
    We accept replacement within 1-2 day of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Are return shipping costs covered?
    If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
